Laundry Service – Residence K We are pleased to offer an optional laundry service for your convenience. Please read the following information carefully before booking: 1. Booking & Payment • The service must be booked at least 3 days in advance. • Price: € 45 per 5 kg load (wash, dry & fold). • For larger quantities, additional loads are charged at € 45 per extra 5 kg. Payment by Platform • Airbnb guests: Payment is processed via Airbnb – you will receive a payment request directly in the platform. • Booking.com guests: Payment must be made in cash on site at Residence K before the service is provided. • Direct Booking guests: Payment can be made securely through our website checkout or in cash at the property before pickup. 2. Pickup & Delivery • Laundry is collected directly from your apartment and returned within 24 hours (same time next day). • Please have your laundry ready in a closed bag at the agreed pickup time. • Minor delays may occur on weekends or public holidays. 3. Washing Details • All items are washed using a delicate wash cycle (max. 30 °C) with gentle, eco-certified detergent. • We do not accept silk, wool, cashmere, or any delicate/dry-clean-only fabrics. • White and coloured laundry must be separated by the guest before pickup. o If laundry is separated into two bags (e.g. white + coloured), this counts as two separate 5 kg loads (€ 45 each). • Ironing is not included in this service. 4. Liability Disclaimer • Residence K assumes no liability for damage, shrinkage, discolouration or loss during washing, drying or folding. • By booking this service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. 5.
