We want you to feel at home with us and enjoy your stay. To ensure everything runs smoothly and all guests have a pleasant time, the following rules apply: 1. General Please always treat the accommodation, furniture, and neighbors with respect. Parties, events, or loud celebrations are not permitted. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM (please be considerate of other guests and neighbors). 2. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or anywhere in the building. Designated smoking areas (if available) are located outdoors. 3. Kitchen Please wash dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils after use and store them cleanly. Do not dispose of food scraps in the sink—please use the trash bin. 4. Bathroom Do not throw hygiene products, wet wipes, or food scraps into the toilet. Please use the trash bin for such waste. 5. Waste & Recycling Please separate waste carefully and dispose of it in the designated bins or containers. Information on waste separation can be found in the accommodation. 6. Safety When leaving the accommodation: close windows and lock the door. Please leave the key in the key safe after check-out. Open flames, candles, or indoor grilling are not allowed for safety reasons. 7. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 3:00 PM (or by prior arrangement) Check-out: by 10:00 AM Please leave the accommodation broom-clean and in good order. 8. Pets Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed. 9. Liability We do not accept liability for personal belongings. In the case of repeated or serious violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the stay early without any refund. Thank you for your cooperation! Laundry Service – Residence K We are pleased to offer an optional laundry service for your convenience. Please read the following information carefully before booking: 1. Booking & Payment • The service must be booked at least 3 days in advance. • Price: € 45 per 5 kg load (wash, dry & fold). • For larger quantities, additional loads are charged at € 45 per extra 5 kg. Payment by Platform • Airbnb guests: Payment is processed via Airbnb – you will receive a payment request directly in the platform. • Booking.com guests: Payment must be made in cash on site at Residence K before the service is provided. • Direct Booking guests: Payment can be made securely through our website checkout or in cash at the property before pickup. 2. Pickup & Delivery • Laundry is collected directly from your apartment and returned within 24 hours (same time next day). • Please have your laundry ready in a closed bag at the agreed pickup time. • Minor delays may occur on weekends or public holidays. 3. Washing Details • All items are washed using a delicate wash cycle (max. 30 °C) with gentle, eco-certified detergent. • We do not accept silk, wool, cashmere, or any delicate/dry-clean-only fabrics. • White and coloured laundry must be separated by the guest before pickup. o If laundry is separated into two bags (e.g. white + coloured), this counts as two separate 5 kg loads (€ 45 each). • Ironing is not included in this service. 4. Liability Disclaimer • Residence K assumes no liability for damage, shrinkage, discolouration or loss during washing, drying or folding. • By booking this service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. 5.
